	Overview
	Overview of linear models and generalised linear models. For a range of LMMs and GLMMs: a single random effect, multiple random effects, nested random effects, split plot design, repeated measures, random coefficient models. Model estimation and model selection procedures. Model diagnostics. Predictions. Lectures and tutorials as for ST401.

	Learning Outcomes
	On successful completion of the module, students should be able to: Understand the concepts of random effects, and repeated measures models. Implement and interpret models and use them to understand statistical data.
