• Review and asses the state-of-the-art in augmented reality technologies;
• Develop an augmented reality solution (project) including implementation, testing, evaluation, demonstration, and documentation;
• Come up with own ideas for an augmented reality project.

• Module Graded (numeric value) or Ungraded (Pass/Not Passed): Graded
• Continuous Assessment detail(s): Each assignment tests one or more of the learning outcomes and all outcomes are tested at least once. All questions on all assignments are compulsory. All outcomes are also assessed in the semester examination. Students are not required to pass components separately – an overall pass mark of 40% is acceptable. Continuous Assessment comprised of: Class test (30%) Project (70%)

• Could the result of this module be capped? No
• Penalties: Late assignment submissions will incur a penalty of 10% of the assignment mark for each day (or part thereof) overdue. Plagiarism, collusion, and inappropriate quoting are penalized in accordance with programme, department, and university policy.
