This module will develop the student’s ability to manage a design project from start to finish. It consists of a single, large design project and will include contributions and insights from industry partners. Students will learn to integrate and manage the different phases of a design project from early research to final design, including appropriate design sketching, CAD visualisation and model 3D prototyping. As the design industry moves at an ever-increasing pace this project captures the trends, topics, thinking, materials and technologies most relevant to the industry today.
