The purpose of this module is to expose students to the ethical, social, and environmental dimensions / aspects of managing organisations

Syllabus elements include: social, cultural, and philosophical approaches to understanding ethics in the business context; businesses and economic market places in societal contexts; frameworks for understanding ethical and corporate responsibility initiatives; ethical standards; legal and moral rights of employees; and the interplay of the state, the economy, and civil society.
