The aim of this module is to enable participants to have a deep understanding of the role of campaign strategy in a digital context and its management in building value for firms' stakeholders and a thorough appreciation of the close link between digital campaign strategy and the digital customer value journey. This is becoming more important for marketers as digital tactics become mainstreamed into the customer acquisition and retention journey.

The Digital Customer Value Journey strategically builds relationship with new prospects and converts them into loyal, repeat customers. This Journey is the process every prospect goes through to become a new customer which is the aim of any digital marketing campaign. Campaign strategy involves developing a plan which encompasses key steps in the journey from awareness through to customers becoming promoters of your brand. Participants will learn that the key to managing any digital campaign strategy is to successfully manage the stages that move prospects from one stage to the next of the digital customer value journey primarily using digital but also including more traditional marketing tactics.
