• Critically appraise extant leadership models and identify the conditions under which each is likely to be effective;
• Diagnose, using tools, the application of these leadership approaches and offer proposals as to their effective use in the workplace;
• Utilise relevant literature based evaluation and diagnostic tools for assessing your overall performance as an individual and deliver a description of your development journey;
• Working in a team, assess the overall performance of this group as a potential leadership team; and
• Make recommendations about how to improve the amount of leadership agility capacity and capability which can be generated within any organisation.

• Penalties: Students are expected to attend all lectures, seminars, and workshops. Where attendance falls below 75%, a student is deemed to have failed a module. Standard School of Business penalties apply for late submission of assignments; 10% is deducted for each 24 hours (or part thereof) that an assignment is submitted after the official submission deadline. Personal exceptional circumstances policy of the School of Business and University may apply.
