This module compares the roles of leaders across cultures. It analyses organisational success related to management and leadership and develops the personal skills required for a broad range of leadership situations. Participants will develop group skills, including building relationships, motivating others, and managing conflict. They will analyse the management of people in a cross-cultural environment and apply ethical management practice in leadership. They will also assess influence processes in organisations and investigate power and politics related to cultural value systems.
