• Design an intervention for a large group conflict in the workplace.
• Relate appreciative inquiry to conflict situations in the workplace.
• Analyse conflict situations in the workplace and design relevant processes for intervention.
• Analyse an organisation in terms of its conflict competence and assess the steps the organisation needs to take in order to become a conflict positive organisation.
• Reflect on and analyse conflict issues in a mediation case, explore the mediator’s values, analyse ethical dilemmas in practice and hypothesise interventions.
