Building on Contract Law I and II, this module addresses the legal principles relating to the ownership, possession, transfer, and sale of personal property (particularly goods), and the supply of services. The module also addresses the law relating to methods of payment, security and finance and insurance contracts and the law of agency. The module may also address aspects of the international sale of goods and the carriage of goods by sea. Any aspect of this module may be changed in any given academic year, subject to the discretion of the module lecturer.
