• Analyse complex problems relating to the interpretation of statutes, precedent, and complex ethical dilemmas facing a lawyer in a theoretical factual matrix.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with future potential clients and apply analytical and logical reasoning to any problems on which they are tasked to advise, and research such problems quickly and effectively.
• Clearly articulate the structure of the Irish Legal System and the roles of the various participants in this system, together with their ethical responsibilities.
