For Mode 1 – Classroom based: each session will include a combination of methods, including, presentations by the module facilitator, small and large group discussions, and inputs by participants as part of group work.
Overall a deliberate attempt is made to establish an interactive, shared learning environment within the group, in which a modelling of approaches and practices of facilitating adult learners can be experienced and analysed and there is an emphasis on dialogue throughout the learning process.
For Mode 2 – Online: the module uses a combination of core written unit materials, discussion forum activity, tutor support and the integration of materials, readings and experience in assessment.

Modules indicated with a 'D' at the end of the course code are the online/distance learning version.
To make up 90 credits, students must take the following core modules during their year of study along with their choice of electives which make up the required credits: KD631 or KD631D; KD602 or KD602D; KD634 or KD634D; KD605 or KD605D; KD606 or KD606D and KD607.
