Credits: 60
Semester: Year-Long
Department: GERMAN
International: No
Coordinator: Dr Cordula Boecking (GERMAN)
Overview Overview

This module allows for work placement to be accepted within year abroad structures towards the award of a BA International. Students will be required to prepare application materials for work placements on offer and apply to the employers under the advisement of the International Coordinator. If students are successful, they would then take up the role which is deemed beneficial personally, professionally and academically to students, on a basis of 10 – 12 months. Additionally, students may wish to source their own paid internship in a German-speaking country. If this internship meets the requirements outlined by the Department and International Coordinator, it will be accepted as a viable placement.
