Overview Overview

The course focuses on international financial markets. The first part of that course concentrates on international bond markets with an emphasis on bond valuation, bondís price volatility and bond returns.
The second part looks at the organization of financial markets. The different types of orders submitted in these markets and the different mechanisms used to execute them are studied. A careful analysis of the Bid-Ask spread is done, as it is a necessary step to understand the functioning of markets.
