	The aim of this module is to train students in oral presentation skills exposing them to international academic review through presentation of results at international conferences, meetings and workshops Module Content: Students write and submit a research abstract and conference paper and then present their work at a conference in the form of an oral presentation. (The same work cannot be submitted for this module and module GSE1).

	Learning Outcomes
	On successful completion of the module, students should be able to: Compose a conference abstract which succinctly summarizes the research work to be presented. Write a conference paper which describes in more detail the work to be presented at the international conference. Prepare an oral presentation on the student's research to the appropriate professional level for an international conference Deliver an oral presentation on the student's research at an international conference. Develop self-confidence in presentation and networking skills
