• Develop the ability to mark the transition from life outside to inside college teaching days (and in reverse) in order to be able to:
• Engage with all aspects of the training in a way beneficial to their overall learning experience.
• Develop the ability to reflect on the overall individual and group learning experience at college and make connections between the various aspects of the training.
• Develop the ability to ‘mark and hold’ personal issues and be able to bring such issues to the appropriate forum/group/personal therapy as appropriate.

• Attendance and appropriate participation in group and individual tutorials and training/de-brief group.

• Module Graded (numeric value) or Ungraded (Pass/Not Passed): Graded

• Pass standard: 40%
