• Recognise the professional and ethical issues in Group Counselling, Guidance and Group work, and have developed their own individual professional policy for groups in the school context.
• Reflect on oneself in a group context and have developed awareness and skills from this experience.
• Initiate, lead and bring closure to groups with reasonable competence.
• Evaluate group outcomes and one's own role as leader in the group process.
