	Overview
	Student teachers will develop competency and confidence regarding relevant mathematical concepts, skills, and terminology. The module supports student-teachers� engagement with mathematics methodology through their development of relational understanding of mathematics which can be applied across the curriculum. Students will engage in reflective practice utilising their developing digital capacity. This development of competency and professional growth will promote professional agency to enact quality teaching and learning for all pupils.

	Learning Outcomes
	On successful completion of the module, students should be able to: Demonstrate and develop competency, accuracy, and confidence in Mathematics relevant for primary school teaching. Demonstrate the ability to reflect on their mathematical knowledge and how it can be integrated with relevant theories of education to inform their professional practice. Develop their understanding and capacity to confidently lead mathematics learning in their professional role.
