	Learning Outcomes
	On successful completion of the module, students should be able to: Generate a research question that responds to a topic relevant to the field of educational leadership and management. Critically review the literature relevant to the capstone project. Understand the rationale for choice of methods, methodologies and analysis. Engage in critical analysis with peers. Demonstrate critical thinking and reflective engagement.
