• Understand basic concepts relating to the economy at the aggregate level, such as GDP, unemployment, and inflation.
• Know how the basic concepts are measured.
• Understand basic theories to analyse central topics of Macroeconomics such as economic growth, economic fluctuations, unemployment, and inflation.
• Interpret simple graphs and tables depicting the evolution and relationship between basic Macroeconomic variables.

• Continuous Assessment detail(s): During the term, CA will be worth 25%. At the end of the term, there will be a final piece of assessment (examination) worth 75%.

• Pass standard: 40%
