Digital Humanities is a fast growing interdisciplinary field that melds practices and traditions from the various disciplines of the humanities, computer science, information management, cultural studies, and design. This required introductory module will introduce students to the theories and methods in digital humanities scholarship. It will provide a historical background to the field while exploring contemporary theories, practices, and technologies.
