2nd & 3rd year - Computer Science as a Double Major, Major/Minor or as a Minor with 1 of your first year subjects
- Optional 10 credit Elective in second year
or - Option to transfer to a specialised degree MH601 (BSc Computer Science through Arts), having successfully completed 1st year, and having taken either 30 credits of Computer Science plus 15 credits of Mathematical Studies or 15 credits of Computer Science plus an additional 7.5 credits including the module CS172 in the second semester of first year (22.5 credits in total) plus the 15 credits of Mathematics
- You may transfer into MH402 (BSc Quantitative Finance) if you complete 1st year MH101, achieving an average of at least 60% in each of the following subjects: 15 credit Economics/Finance subject, 15 credit Mathematical Studies subject and 15 credit Computer Science subject and pass your other subject.
Students may apply to study overseas after second year (on Erasmus or Study Abroad) and graduate with a BA (International) after 4 years. See the International Studies website for details. - If taking the 30 credit option: the extra 15 credits are timetabled outside of groups 1-6 so you may choose other subjects from groups 1, 2, 3, 4, 6.
- Only one of these can be taken as a double subject since the extra 15 credits for each are taught at the same time: Anthropology, Computer Science, German (beginner), History, International Development, Law, Sociology, Spanish (beginner).
