| On successful completion of the module, students should be able to: - Communicate correctly, clearly and efficiently in Spanish in a variety of different types of written texts and oral discourses based on their communicative purpose, using the necessary strategies to adapt the communication to the situation and the addressee.
- Participate in oral, written and multimodal interactions in the Spanish language and produces texts of different types, demonstrating appropriate use of structures and vocabulary for the situation and context.
- Recognize and use specialized registers and languages within the professional field (company, business, or organisation) in Spanish.
- Produce a variety of textual genres needed for different business situations and contexts, so that communication circulates within and between companies.
- Manage the internal and external communication of the company: reports, electronic mail, memoranda, catalogues and communications with clients, investors, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Identify linguistic mediation needs in professional contexts, as well as situations and issues that can generate cultural misunderstanding, while recognising and counteracting one's own cultural expectations regarding the behaviour of the participants in the intercultural encounter.
