	Overview
	This module draws upon the knowledge and competencies gained from taught modules, and focuses on the application of small-scale interventions or micro-interventions. � Undertaking group research based on a range of methodologies. � The quantitative and/or qualitative analysis of collected data. � Application of digital (e.g. Virtual Reality), nature-based interventions, micro-interventions and nature-based solutions. � Participatory approaches � SDG mapping of applied research and innovation activity.

	Learning Outcomes
	On successful completion of the module, students should be able to: Evaluate critically, based on current insights, the major challenges and problems in national and global societies related to climate change, sustainability, mental health and well-being. Apply participatory approaches to understand the needs of citizens, client-users and others in the community. Select and demonstrate and apply a range of advanced research techniques from psychology. Rigorously apply professional ethical standards in applying research methods and reporting research. Demonstrate a critical understanding of the benefits and challenges of evaluation research in applied settings. Engage in reflective activities.
