This module is concerned with the manager’s role in complex, multinational environments operating within a dynamic, uncertain global environment. By taking this module, students gain basic and general knowledge on international management. Students will learn to effectively utilize the main analytical techniques and conceptual frameworks provided by contemporary international management theory. Students are also supposed to develop understanding and skills of managing international organizations, preparing themselves for further studies in international management research or business practice in multinational firms.
