This module explores the international business environment and the key challenges for managing across multiple markets. Students will examine differences in the institutional context of various international markets. They will acquire knowledge of different entry modes (exporting, FDI, licensing, etc.), appreciate the characteristics of successful global managers and contrast the strategy of international expansion between small and large companies. Using case studies students will formulate strategy for overseas business situations and markets.
