	Overview
	The module provides an analysis of development and evolution of public international law over time. It focuses on the sources of public international law, as set out in the Statute of the International Court of Justice, and how international law is �made�. It provides an analysis of theories of international law and the relationship between international law and international relations. It analyses subjects of international law and provides a discussion of the remedies which are available when international law is breached. Specific branches of international law are dealt with in detail, including human rights, environmental law etc and students will be able to appreciate how international law applies to specific scenarios.
