This module examines the cardinal and cutting-edge topics in the international trade system from the perspective of international law and international relations. The discussion covers a wide range of topics on agriculture, energy,pharmaceutical, digital trade, and trade and environment issues. The purpose of the module is to empower the students to develop an enriched and extensive view of the legal aspects of the international trade.

Any aspect of this module may be changed in any given academic year, subject to the discretion of the module lecturer.
