Transactional skills are becoming more and more important in the consultant’s day-to-day activity. The course, through an immersive experience, helps the students practicing those skills in a scenario of the negotiation of a commercial contract. Students will be divided in two groups, one for each party of the commercial contract. They will work with a colleague, but also interact with another team of students acting on the side of the counterpart. They will also have some interaction with US law students who will play the roles of the clients in the transaction.
