This module examines the law governing the operation, governance, and dissolution of the private limited company, together with its internal and external relations with directors, shareholders, and creditors. Critical topics include: characteristics of a company, formation, incorporation, internal structures, separate legal personality, and directors' duties. Any aspect of this module may be changed in any given academic year, subject to the discretion of the module lecturer.
