| | This module provides students with knowledge and understanding of the operational rules of contract law. The module primarily is concerned with the principles that guide vitiation of a contract. The module builds on the knowledge acquired on contract formation and topics covered may include contractual illegality, restraint of trade, undue influence, duress, frustration, contracts of guarantee, misrepresentation, insurance contracts and contract remedies.
