• Critically review the literature relating to leadership knowledge and skill development.
• Become aware of how their behaviours and attitude influence leadership outcomes.
• Understand the role of values and ethics in their personal/professional development.
• Demonstrate an enhanced capacity for both self-reflection and continuous professional growth.
• Produce evidence-informed decisions about the future of their personal and career development.

• Active methodologies used in class e.g. case study, discussion, Moodle forum etc. On-line sessions will use video clips, live forums, questionnaire style exercises, on-line readings etc.

• Module Graded (numeric value) or Ungraded (Pass/Not Passed): Graded
• Continuous Assessment detail(s): a)3,000 word (or equivalence) Biographical Reflective Portfolio (10 credits) based on their engagement with varying components of the entire programme and (b) An individual presentation and Interview (5 credits) in Semester 2 focused on the participant’s leadership journey material as set out in their portfolio. Both assignments must be completed in order for the award of 15 credits (10 & 5 credits)
