Overview Overview
 

Complex numbers, regions in the complex plane. Complex functions, the derivative of a complex function, holomorphic functions. The Cauchy-Riemann equations, Cauchy's Theorem, Cauchy's Integral Formula. Taylor series and examples, especially exponential, trigonometric and logarithm functions.
Other topics if time allows such as Laurent series, the residue theorem, harmonic functions, complex integrals.
Computation using mathematical/statistical software.
