This module is a capstone module and involves student teams running a strategy simulation. This simulation gives you the opportunity to manage an organisation as it struggles to remain profitable. You will work as a team to compete with each other to analyse markets and develop strategic plans, make functional decisions including marketing, operations, sales, manufacturing and R&D. The simulation runs over multi-year horizons and presents challenges very similar to those faced by general managers in industry. The module requires the formulation and implementation of a strategy, using your knowledge from a wide range of business modules that you have taken during your business degree.
