	Restorative Practices are increasingly used in schools, both primary and secondary, as a core part of teacher-pupil engagement, to help behaviour management and conflict resolution. Studies have shown that using R.P. reduces disciplinary problems; enhances peer and student - teacher relations and supports the development of emotional literacy.

	Learning Outcomes
	On successful completion of the module, students should be able to: Use Emotional Language, Restorative Conversations, Circles, Questions and Conflict Resolution Strategies , Restorative Practices to help students to build strong, happy communities. Manage conflict or tensions by actively developing good relationships and easily resolving conflict in a healthy manner.
