	Policy analysis is the systematic evaluation of alternative solutions (policies) that are put in place or proposed to tackle social problems or achieve social goals. This module presents a step-by-step guide to: identifying specific policies, examining the values involved, identifying stakeholders and decision-makers, assessing the resources needed to implement a policy, and measuring its effects on real life.
