The aim of this module is to study Schelerís political and social concepts in the light of his personalism. After developing the main features of Schelerís personalism and value theory, we will analyze some of the most important concepts in his political thinking such as, e.g., the role of the idea of the collective person in his concept of the nation, pacifism, the role of ressentiment in the social sphere, or his critique of capitalism.
