The purpose of this module will be to explore approaches within the Anglo-American Urban Studies literature to the studies of cities; focusing upon studies of capitalism, industrialisation, urbanisation and the era of planetary urbanisation when other emerging urban agglomerations such as post metropolis, megalopolis, and mega cities in the global south have come of age. |
