Courses / Module

The Department of Theoretical Physics runs modules in association with the School of Mathematics, Trinity College Dublin, the School of Theoretical Physics, Dublin Institute for Advanced Studies and the School of Mathematical Science, U.C.D. This is a catch all module and represents modules that can be chosen, in consultation with the Head of the Theoretical Physics Department, from the above universities. Advanced level 6 modules normally on offer are: High Energy Physics, General Relativity, Statistical Mechanics, Quantum Gravity and others that may arise and run by agreement of the Heads of the above schools and departments.

Students must consult with their Course Coordinator before registering for this module.
