The purpose of this module is to explain and demonstrate the relevance of concepts related to Corporate Social Responsibility, Sustainability and Responsible Management to business students.

The module will adopt a learning perspective at the individual and organisational levels and will ask how managers and employees can implement and influence change that produces societal and environmental benefits at the same time as helping businesses meet their goals.

The module is based on the concept of Responsible Management & Organisational Learning and will involve a significant amount of group learning and project teamwork.

Key ethical frameworks will be explored in relation to functions and disciplines such as: marketing; accounting and finance; human resource management; organisational behaviour; corporate governance; operations management; logistics & supply chain management, and; strategy.
