To meet the challenges of the international business environment managers need a fundamental grasp of the process of building and maintaining corporate entrepreneurship. This module introduces the student to management’s role in promoting corporate entrepreneurship at all levels of multinational corporations. The purpose of the module is to enable the student to understand the influence of the organisational context set by management on driving corporate entrepreneurship. The focus is not on start- up companies but on transforming existing large and international organisations.
