The purpose of this module is to develop an understanding of the fundamental theories about, and approaches to studying leadership, and to introduce students to the study of ethics in the context of business and managemetn.

Syllabus elements include: Understanding leadership and the contexts in which it practiced; leadership theories and practices; approaches to, critiques of, and practices of ethics; key leadership skills, and; practical ethics
