	The purpose of this module is to familiarise students with the fundamentals of psychology and sociology of human behaviour in a variety of organisational contexts. Syllabus elements include: the study of organisation and workplace behaviour; personality; intelligence; identity; learning; memory; motivation; attitudes; stress; organisation structure, culture and society; leadership: conflict: power: politics, and: organisational change.

	Learning Outcomes
	On successful completion of the module, students should be able to: On successful completion of the module, students should be able to identify a range of key topics that are central to demonstrating a fundamental understanding of organizational behaviour. On successful completion of the module, students should be able to apply organizational behaviour concepts to the analysis of management and workplace practices. On successful completion of the module, students should be able to demonstrate a broad understanding of the central topics relevant to the study of organizational behaviour. On successful completion of the module, students should be able to differentiate between various disciplinary approaches utilized by the applied discipline of organizational behaviour.
