The key focus of this module is to understand the changing digital landscape and its effects on organisations. Organisations in different sectors have different business models and this module aims to provide a deeper level of understanding of how the move to digital is changing traditional models of doing business and creating new ways to engage with customers and clients. Applications are in the business to consumer, business to business, consumer to consumer and government to consumer realms.
