Media & Cultural Theory 2 continues the exploration of media and cultural theory begun in semester 1. It introduces students to key theoretical and critical approaches to identity in media cultures, mediated community and collectivity and theories of media publics. The module examines concepts developed in different media-historical periods and introduces key theories and theorists of the contemporary media environment.
