Students will learn to think creatively and critically about film and television production while they also develop key production skills. Students work in groups wo generate creative ideas for documentary formats. They will execute ideas in audiovisual production and postproduction. They will learn how to operate DV cameras, lighting, and sound equipment and how to edit. They will learn to express ideas verbally and in written form, to reflect critically on their practice and to respond to live verbal analysis and feedback on their practice.
