• Be able to relate relevant theoretical concepts and practices in a range of restorative practice communities/organisations.
• Have the knowledge and skills required to evaluate critically the ideas and practices of restorative communities/organizations and develop a plan for a restorative programme.
• Critically evaluate restorative practice research in a range of community & organisational systems.
• Demonstrate knowledge in the management of a restorative process in an organization or community context.

• Classes are delivered by lecture and experiential workshops by practitioners in the field of restorative practice. The module will be delivered over four Saturdays from 10.00 to 17.30 each day, a total of 26 hours.
