	Learning Outcomes
	On successful completion of the module, students should be able to: Be familiar with the key ideas, values, theory and research of restorative practice. Be able to discuss the historical development of restorative practice and its range of contemporary applications. Critically relate to theoretical readings by participating in informed discussions on the causes and dynamics of revenge and forgiveness. Demonstrate knowledge and skill in the nature of apology and the management of the process of delivering apology. Demonstrate skills in facilitating the restorative process Be aware of the needs of victims and offenders
