On successful completion of the module, students should be able to:

Analyse & discuss the philosophy of Restorative Practice.

Critically analyse the core concepts, methods and skills of restorative practice.

Demonstrate ability to engage in and facilitate the Restorative Practice process, including key practices such as empathy, listening, explaining and probing, clarifying, motivating, maintaining control, making agreements, providing support and holding individuals accountable.

Analyse the difference between the various applications of restorative practices in criminal justice, child care, educational, community and organisational contexts.
