Overview Overview

This module examines the law governing the operation, governance, and dissolution of the private limited company, together with its internal and external relations with directors, shareholders, and creditors. The first part of the module will consider the nature and consequences of incorporation and the management of the company’s affairs by the directors. Then we will move on to focus on corporate governance issues including directors’ duties and ownership of companies. Finally, we will consider the winding up of companies.
