This module broadly addresses the law as it relates to commerce. In particular, it concerns transactions for the sale and transfer of goods entered into by commercial and business entities. Building on Contract Law I and II, this module addresses the legal principles relating to the ownership, possession, transfer, and sale of personal property (particularly goods), the supply of services and the law of agency.
