This module examines the principles governing the judicial review of public bodies under the Constitution. It includes an examination of the remedies available by way of judicial review, the principles underlying the concept of constitutional justice and decisions that are subject to judicial review, discretionary power in decision-making and its control, legitimate expectations, error of law on the face of the record, and licensing.
Any aspect of this module may be changed in any given academic year, subject to the discretion of the module lecturer.
